Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie, born on November 24 1981 was an American political commentator. She was a former political candidate, as a host from the US at MSNBC and a frequent contributor of The Huffington Post, former co-host and host of The Hill's Rising alongside Saagarenjeti. Enjeti and Ball made it clear that they would not be on the show, in May 2021. They planned to launch their own project, which they named Breaking Points. Ball is the co-host of the podcast Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has guest appearances on Fox News, CNN and Fox News. As of 2020, Ball is married to Jonathan Dariyanani. Ball credits her ongoing interest in politics to her experience as a new mother in the 2008 primaries. She also followed the US presidential election from Jordan when she was working there. She was able to observe how the election affected the people of that country, and came to appreciate for US political influence across the globe. She was a Senior Fellow with the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party's candidate for Congress in Virginia's 1st congressional District in 2010. She lost to Rob Wittman, the Republican incumbent. She was the host of The Cycle on MSNBC from June 2012 through July 15, 2015. She established the People's House Project, an action committee that works for Democratic causes in May 2017.
